Talking with T-Bird: Tammy Leitner
Talking with T-Bird: Tammy Leitner
The time has come for the return of “Talking with T-Bird.” Each episode, Rob Cesternino (@robcesternino) and Survivor: Africa‘s Teresa “T-Bird” Cooper (@tbirdcooper) will catch up with a former Survivor player and talk about anything and take listener questions. In the fifty-eighth episode of “Talking with T-Bird,” Rob and T-Bird’s welcome Survivor: Marquesas castaway, Tammy Leitner!
A key member of the Rotu, the dominant tribe of her season, Tammy successfully survived the first 9 days, thanks to her tribe’s winning streak and her under-the-radar gameplay. After a swap shook up the game, Tammy and three of her former Rotu members formed the Rotu 4, a memorable alliance credited with the vote out of Boston Rob at the merge. Tammy won back to back individual immunities, but couldn’t keep the streak up and was voted out at the first opportunity. She is remembered for a scathing speech at final tribal council, criticizing the final two.
In her personal life, Tammy is a hard-nosed reporter, winning many awards for her investigative work.

Nothing But Netflix #84: I Think You Should Leave
Nothing But Netflix #84: I Think You Should Leave
Welcome to the newest throwback podcast on Rob Has a Podcast: Nothing But Netflix! Each week, your hosts Rob Cesternino (@RobCesternino) and Chappell (@Chappells_Show) log in to their streaming service accounts and find something new to check out. After the “RHAP Rewind” ended, Rob and Chappell had to find something new to podcast about each week, and thus, Nothing But Netflix was born!
This week, Rob and Chappell, joined byAv Sinensky (@asinensky) and Alexander Chester (@achester99), tuned into the newest season of the sketch comedy show on Netflix, “I Think You Should Leave.” They visited the third season that was originally released on May 30, 2023. Created by and starring Tim Robinson, this series focuses mostly on cringe comedy, with elements of surreal humor. Most sketches involve someone making an embarrassing mistake, stubbornly refusing to admit it and attempting to convince everyone around them that they are right, and the people around them are wrong.

Rob & Akiva Need a Podcast #222: The Human Tournament
Rob & Akiva Need a Podcast #222: The Human Tournament
Rob Cesternino (@robcesternino) and Akiva Wienerkur (@keev26) need a podcast and every week, Rob and Akiva spin a wheel of listener-submitted podcast ideas, and whatever the wheel lands on is what they podcast about next. This week, after a slight detour into non-canonical territory, the wheel landed on “The Human Tournament.” Rob and Akiva host The Human Tournament, where our group of contestants compete against each other in a series of games and challenges, to crown the best human!
After Rob and Akiva gave the award for Best Human, they went through the mailbag to hear what new ideas should be added to the wheel directly from the listeners and then spin the wheel to see what will be coming next week in episode 223. The mailbag begins at 1:39ish.
For the link to the spreadsheet that Rob and Akiva use to compile ideas, check it all out here: Rob and Akiva Need a Spreadsheet (compiled by the great Will from America).
To submit an idea for a future episode of “Rob and Akiva Need a Podcast” to be discussed on the mailbag, submit it on this form: Rob and Akiva’s Mailbag Form.

Below Deck recap is great
I love that you are recapping Below Deck. Sasha has such a good vibe, she sounds like such a fun person with great instincts. I hope you recap all of the Below Decks It would great to have someone compare the different franchises (no one does that).
Jury Duty
Y’all completely undersold this show. Yes you got me to watch it, but I don’t remember when I’ve laughed so much. 10 out of 10. Great podcast listen too. Thanks!
great job Rob
It was such a heartfelt tribute to Keith. A must listen to, for anyone who enjoyed Keith’s time on Survivor. Hearing from all those on this podcast sure brought home the loss of such a wonderful person from his family near and large. I wanted to thank you Rob for this. As a longtime listener, it warmed my heart to hear all the stories from a great group of people.
