Monica is so engaging, motivating, and fun. Love her raw detailed feedback about running tips. I’m not a runner, but Monica makes me want to run. I need to get more info about running and Monica provides that inspiration and comfort I need to get started.

Started listening on day one of the podcast after reading the blog. I may have missed one or two, but that's it. Monica provides realistic training advice either from her directly or from her guests for the new or experienced runner. You feel like you are hanging with a friend.

I started reading her blog almost 2 years ago when I got a great idea to try this thing called running. I find that Monica has and gives some of the best tips for when you’re just starting or a seasoned runner.

This is exactly what I am looking for in a podcast. I love to run and perhaps even more so, I love to eat. Listening to Monica and her guests gets me motivated to keep running (no motivation needed to keep eating!) One of the mantras I keep on repeat during my runs is how lucky we are to be able to run. So when I’m having a personal pity party because I am tired or it’s hot or there’s pollen everywhere, this podcast keeps me going! Even a bad day running is still a good day!
