James Hansen is a tough Tasmanian based middle distance runner that 's been knocking on the door of major championship teams for many years.
2023 has been huge so far. With new PB's set over the 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, and 10km (road). HIs versatility is pretty impressive, with PB's of 3:37 for 1500m and 28:20 for 10km (road).
