Abbey Caldwell Part One - #46

Episode #46 is brought to you by Sydney Marathon:Brett & Joel sit down with one of Australia's biggest middle distance talents, Abbey Caldwell. After being controversially left off the World Championship 1500m team in Oregon last year, Abbey fought her way to a Commonwealth Games bronze medal in the same event just a few weeks later. We hear about Abbey's humble beginnings in the sport, her transition into high-performance and what a typical training week looks like. The interview will be released in two parts. In regular programming, Brett cracks 200kms for the week and Joel proves that last week's 100+ kms wasn't just a fluke.

My favorite Reformer Pilates podcast

These 2 lovely gents (Joel & Brett) host my favorite podcast out there right now. This is a perfect blend of running/training talk, heavy hitter interviews with some of the best in the field, and even though they don’t need to hear this…they are genuinely very funny fellas. Cheers from the US and appreciate the consistency and quality each week! Also, it’d be nice if you let Joel talk about being a former triathlon again.

Great fun

I’m not Australian and don’t understand what they’re talking about half the time but the podcast is hilarious
