Cocktail Discussed:

2 oz. St. George Dry Rye Reposado Gin
1 oz. Jardesca Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz. SLO de Vie Fig Aguardent
3 drops orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well diluted. Strain into a coupe, and serve with a lemon twist.
