The Lonely Edges

As a podcast guest I really like to ponder the questions I will be engaging in and to listen to past episodes. The most recent episode was so uplifting and had so many great nuggets that I now have to listen to everything. Christina is a master interviewer and always brings you to a place of learning from the soul. I just love the content and plan to share it with many friends and colleagues.

I am really enjoying this podcast - I feel as if I am part of intimate, conscious and illuminating conversations. My lived experience is one of powerful lonely edges at times and to have a podcast and growing community wiling to be vulnerable and share in this conversation absolutely makes it less lonely, more connected and ultimately allows in more freedom and joy.

Christina Frei’s brain is the most interesting place on earth to me. She has a way of asking a simple, straight-forward question that elicits a wealth of perspective and meaning. The Lonely Edges podcast is something we all need right now. The conversations are authentic and lively, and each episode leaves you thinking about a topic you’d never considered before. Such beautifully crafted content. I can’t wait to learn more and more.

I’ve listened to the first couple of episodes and the conversations have been so interesting! I’m starting to think everyone has this lonely edge and Christina is gifted at finding it and exploring it. I have a long drive today - looking forward to cuing up the next episode!
