Nate lives by the quote, "CHANGE WHAT WE NORMALIZE™" as his mission is to eradicate the stigmas around mental health in underserved communities while also normalizing the conversation on mental health amongst students and teachers. This passion was inspired by his own battles with mental health issues as a child and teen. With this motivation, he has developed workshops for students and teachers based on mental wellness and resilience. With his charismatic speaking and inspiring testimony, he educates students on ways to increase their mental wellness, resilience, and sense of self-worth. Nate is also a volunteer for the Covenant House in Atlantic City, a distinguished alumnus of Atlantic Cape Community College as well as "Top 4 Under 40 award recipient" and he also has a certificate in the "Introduction to Adverse Childhood Experiences Early Trauma" and he also has a certificate in the "Introduction to Adverse Childhood Experiences Early Trauma” as well as “Mental Health First Aid.” Nate helps schools to retain and empower students while helping them to navigate successfully throughout the school year by providing inspiring keynotes and impactful workshops focused on mental wellness training for dealing with anxiety, depression, family trauma and even social media.
