    Have you ever had that nagging voice in your head telling you that you aren’t good enough or that you don’t belong? Most women have. In Episode 21, Shelley and Jill talk about a topic that they’ve touched on in previous episodes, but felt it was worthy of its own time to dig in even deeper – imposter syndrome. In this episode they’ll talk about what it is, why it affects so many of us, and how we can combat it. You’ll hear tips about how to turn inward to use the tools you’ve acquired throughout your own personal development journey and you’ll be reminded to turn outward as well to lean out your support network to help get you through the messy middle.
