In today's episode, Marshall Fields will share 10 tools that will help us take our relationships to a deeper level and navigate rough terrain in those relationships when communication becomes difficult. In addition to his professional pursuits, Marshall is also deeply committed to serving his community. He serves as Chair of the Racial Justice Equity Commission and of the Legacy Equine Academy in Lexington, KY. In 2008 he became a Project Speak Out trainer, helping to facilitate discussions promoting the protection of LGBTQIA+ through anti-bullying and ally training. He has dedicated his life to promoting equality and positive communal change. Marshall’s passion and expertise in communication have made him a sought-after speaker, facilitator, and mediator. He believes the root of change lies in transforming how one communicates first with themselves and then others. He supports his students by infusing real-life exercises and examples that provoke mindset shifts.
