Joe Bains is a a Biohacker health coach & standup comedian/MC living in London. He is on a mission to grow and evolve. In this episode, Joe and I dive deep into spiritualty, meditation and psychedelics as a means of healing trauma.  Hopefully the listeners will be able to follow our conversation.  I am so happy to be speaking with Joe on these topics, as often people can't go deep in a discussion of the meaning of life, but Joe can!  Joe describes what it's like to regularly do 10 day silent meditation retreats, meditate regularly as an advanced meditator and using psychedelics to open his mind and soul.  He shares his approach to treating anxiety with me and the listeners as well.
