S2E46 - Kate Jumps the Penumbra Gun (a look at the legal history of the right to privacy)

Hostile Work Environment

We take a break from our usual employment focus to discuss this week's leak of a draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade. We discuss the legal derivations of the right to privacy in United States jurisprudence and how this draft opinion, if enacted by the Court, has the real potential to chill many of the personal rights we now take for granted. If nothing else, we hope this is educational and you learn something.

Trigger Warning: May not be great for pro-lifers.
