S3 | E 13: Growth is Inevitable

We are Designed to grow. Life expands us and serves to teach us lessons through experiences.

Growth = Discomfort

Comfort = Predictable discomfort

There is no courage without fear.

The discomfort becomes stronger and louder if you don’t listen and grow.

Either we choose growth or are forced to grow.

It is common to outgrow environments, only most stay in the familiar environment despite the discomfort it creates.

Discomfort is actually a good sign. It is a sign it is time to grow and it is a sign you are growing.

Fear is a sign you are on path -- everything you desire is on the other side of fear - but you must venture into the unknown to experience it.

Growth invites us to expand what we’ve known, seen, and believed .

Your growth is inevitable. You get to choose the path of growth.
