1. Your Values — Identify what matters most to you in life. List 5-8 words. Look at your actions and consider what you spend most of your time, money and energy doing.
2. Your Gifts / Strengths — What are the compliments your hear most from people? Identify any moments where have you thought “I can do this better”. What words would your closest friends, family members and colleagues use to describe you?
3. Your Story — Is there something someone would be surprised to discover about you? What are you most proud of?
