Episode 4 of this season of The WON Podcast welcomes Guinness World Record holder Alex Goulding to discuss his journey within fitness and well-being, and how this has led to him setting world records in various exercises.

Like many teenagers, Alex's journey simply started by joining the gym at 16 - and from here, as he progressed in life, continue to test his body's strength and fitness to own an incredible total of 4 GWR, whilst holding 10 certificates.

Whilst he has constantly pushed himself to improve, Alex has also used his own experience of success and tough times to give back and help others, through becoming a personal trainer and setting up fitness classes for every ability out there and even local schools (including his old upper school). This aspect of his venture is to help people change their approach to, whilst also improving, their mental health - through the power of exercise.
