It’s so easy to walk around believing the lies that there is nothing good inside of us. Leaning into the “I’m such a loser” mantra. In this episode I will discuss how hard it has been to undo all of the toxic theology I have learned throughout the years. Maybe we can walk this road of worthiness together, reminding each other how loved and valuable we are.

Today we will talk about my anxiety journey. All the scary, crazy stories I was told by well-meaning people, just trying to “fix” me.
