Spud McKay joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped round 3 in the Northern Areas Football Association. Spud is eager for a closer round 4 as each team plays their nearest neighbour on the ladder; the top two undefeated teams face off, as do the bottom two teams searching for their first win, and the two sides in the middle play off too. 

Andrew Mitchell recapped round 2 and previewed round 3 in the North Eastern Football League for the Flow Friday Sports Show. There were blowout everywhere... except in the thriller between BBH and South Clare.Six of eight teams in the league have an even 1-1 win-loss ledger after two rounds. 

Ben Venning joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped all the action in the Riverland Football League, including Waikerie snagging their first A Grade win for the season. 

Lewis Roberts returned to the Flow FM airwaves this week to update listeners on what to look forward to in this weekend's Millewa footy matches.

Roberts also went into detail about why his team's opponents last weekend, Cardross, were able to be so dominant against Meringur and which areas Meringur are hoping to improve on this weekend. 

Tim McCormack, Flow's new correspondent for Picola footy, discussed the latest action in the comp after another round of big margins and blowout scores. 

McCormack also previewed the upcoming weekend of matches with some crunch games on the horizon. 

Wimmera News journalist, Chris Graetz, ran the rule over the latest news and views in Wimmera footy on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show. 

Graetz indicated that it is his belief that some neutrals may be underestimating just how good the Southern Mallee Thunder may be in season 2024.
