Truly an engaging and thought-provoking podcast, I was thrilled to hear the recent episode with Carlton McCoy. I’ve only recently learned of Carlton as a figure in travel, viticulture and social justice in the realms of industries who are sooo thirsty for this kind of candor and mentorship these two delved into, so thank you for that conversation alone! Shakeera is a fabulous host who introduces us to the beautiful pantheon of contributors to wine and food. You learn and laugh and go deep when listening to her thoughtful interviews and reflection.

This podcast… so many perspectives, cultures, mannerisms and all the above, baked into wonderful episodes!! These episodes are fun and educational. I absolutely look forward to tuning in and hearing from Shakera and all of the wonderful guests!!

Shakera recently introduced her wonderful guest Sarah Thomas as radiating positivity. I agree and think the same can easily be said about the host. She has a great voice that pairs incredibly well with some insightful interviews. Can’t wait for future episodes.
