They're shooting outside. They're shooting." And she said, "What, Grandma?" I said, "Yeah, they're shooting. Lay down. We went all the way around to the bedroom on the floor, me and her. And I said, "Papa, they're shooting." He said, "Yeah." Then he said that he thought he heard somebody at the window, but I said, "Well, call the police. See what's going on. I am so grateful for a podcast that is transparent enough to keep us informed of the number of racial injustices that have occurred in our lifetime and before!! These stories are loaded with intimate details of the victims, their families and loved ones which enables the listener to understand the situation as if we lived it too. The content of each episode allows the listener to become vulnerable to the point of heightened awareness and action. While listening (and after listening) you will definitely be compelled to “Say Their Name”! Why? Because it could be you, better yet, it IS YOU!! Thank you for this extraordinary podcast!!
