I’m very impressed by the strength of the commentary and enjoy the laughs! This podcast made me think deeper than I usually do, because my first reaction is just to love SW blindly. But my understanding grows and becomes nuanced after listening!

I don’t think many guys like myself would have noticed the lack of women characters in the first two episodes of The Mandalorian. These two hosts did, and as they predicted, it seems it was a deliberate choice to reinforce the paternal themes before balancing out the cast. That’s exactly the kind of insight I wanted. Great podcast, thank you!

I truly love how insightful all the discussions are and how thoughtful the commentary is. As a woman in the fandom it’s incredible to find a place to hear detailed and insightful discourse from other women w/out the silencing and gatekeeping that typically results. The hosts go to great lengths to consider innumerable angles & be mindful of other ppls views and processes. I’m starting from the beginning and it’s interesting how precisely on point they’ve been regarding their speculations back at the start & where the ST actually went. Def in my top 3 of ALL podcasts i listen to. Thx ladies!
