Merging philosophy, art, culture, language
SCL Radio highlights the importance of language in today’s society especially when language is often co-opted and misconstrued to the point where it loses all meaning.
I appreciate the content, thoughtful conversations, and political commentary. The podcast has helped me reframe events that have transpired in the summer of 2020 through the end of 2020 and develop language that succinctly and accurately describes America’s problem of destroying culture, especially the culture of Black Indigenous People of Color while keeping our bodies to exploit for profit and labor (aka ethnocide). In addition, it helps me think about what liberation and cultivating a sustainable and tangible good place could look like and mean moving forward in an ethnocidal society.
If you haven’t listened yet, you absolutely should. Can’t recommend it enough about how it’ll change your perspective and give you access to language you never knew you needed until you heard it.
