In this episode, the instructional designers from Arizona State University’s Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation (Celia Coochwytewa, Aaron Kraft, and Jinnette Senecal) examine the characteristics of and implications for imposter syndrome. We then discuss some of the realities of coping with imposter syndrome, and a few strategies for managing it.
