Inspiring and Reflective

As an educator who has always considered themselves “not a Math person”, this conversation has allowed me to be extremely reflective and change those words. I now tell my scholars, “i am not great at math, but I will do everything in my power to help you”. This conversation has reminded me how important our narratives our and how we share them with our scholars. BGLM is changing a much needed narrative that is important right now for all of us to hear when education is experiencing such an influential shift.
