The Reading Project

One thing we haven't spent much time talking about on this podcast is spelling. Well, that all changes now! Today's guest is the incredible Casey Harrison. She is the founder and owner of Wimberley Dyslexia and Learning Center. It's a center focused on providing Dyslexia therapy and literacy services through structured literacy and a social-emotional approach. She is a licensed dyslexia therapist, certified structured literacy dyslexia specialist, and certified academic language therapist with over 24 years of educational experience!

Casey also founded the Dyslexia Classroom, an online hub for parents and teachers featuring free resources, a community, and courses.

In this episode, Casey shares some really awesome, unique, and new ways of thinking about spelling.
