Season 3 Episode 3 - Turning The Page

Destini and TJ try something a little bit different and let 5 minutes of meditation and what comes up dictate the direction of the show.  What came up?  The idea of embracing new seasons and new things, turning the page to a new chapter of life, while also allowing space to grieve and process the loss of the closing chapter.  We related this idea to our lives and specifically our current journeys with switching churches and how that lines up with our 2-year spiritual direction class coming to a close.  If you've ever been caught between seasons of life, not knowing what to embrace, then you can probably relate to our conversation here.
