Charminta has a true passion for career advancement because she can EMPOWER PEOPLE, especially people in entry to mid-level positions to understand their worth and strengths, or what she likes to call their SUPERPOWERS, to excel in their professional careers. 

Charminta enjoys learning about new careers, professions, skills, and techniques to help people realize that there are so many opportunities in life and they never have to limit themselves.

People must understand and learn how to convey their current and past experiences to prepare for future opportunities.
