    Through life we put an awful lot of trust in people, but they let us down. We are then left hurt wondering if we can even turn to our Creator. In my life I've been hurt by many people in my life, many in the name of God. I became angry and turned my back on God. In my darkest moments alone, I was reminded that we put our trust only in the Creator of the heavens and the earth, He is not a man that He should lie. On you healing journey keep your Higher Power close hold onto the things that never change, love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, and self-control.

    Owning My Truth is sort of like my baby. Its a lot of work but rewarding at the same time. Season 3 Finale  and were about to begin the Summer Guest Series. It starts July 14th and will continue through the end of August, Share Overcome Heal that's what Owing My Truth's all about. So be prepared to have your cup filled and your hope restored as we hear moving Testimonies from Our all star line up, There's a warrior within us all, may these Guest interviews connect with the people who need to hear it. I'm so proud of how far Owning My Truth has grown over the last year.     What to do, when someone you love is suffering in bondage of a life controlling problem?

    It's not easy watching someone you love deeply suffering from the symptoms of alcoholism, addiction, mental illness or even domestic violence. You desperately want to see them set free. However true recovery is only possible when they have made the decision for themselves. There can be many rock bottoms. Life is unpredictable, but love is steadfast. Only unconditional love can help lead someone out of bondage into freedom. Where there's breath there's hope. May the Creator give you the strength to lead your loved one back into the light never to return to the darkness that once held them hostage. Taking our loved ones back one act of love at a time.
