Season in Review: How close are the Bills to "knocking down the door?"

There's no denying the fact the Bills overachieved in many ways in 2024. They very successfully transitioned the roster, absorbed the salary cap ramifications associated with that, and wound up in the AFC Championship game. Josh Allen reached a new level at the quarterback position. Having said all of that, the postseason run ended in an all too familiar way, against an all too familiar opponent. How close are the Bills to finally advancing past the Chiefs when it matters most? What changes do they need to make to get there?
