Alex is delightfully informative on all topics with an array of hilarious guests! It truly lives up to its name with the incredibly fascinating secrets of seemingly mundane topics! Love it
Excellent, Engaging Show
There are literally only three shows I recommend to followers online and irl and this is one of them. Alex is really in his element of being inclusive and engaging with his fan base, delving into ordinary topics, and really getting to the root of what makes them fascinating (as the title would have you believe). He’s smart without being condescending, and I enjoy how he brings the guest and the audience along for the ride; even with regards to subjects I’m already knowledgeable in, I enjoy listening to his take. In a world wherein everyone has a hot take and the world is filled with immediacy, these topics are evergreen, easygoing, and fulfilling. Alex is great at choosing a variety of different kinds of guests and because of that I’ve found some really excellent new people whose work I’ve really enjoyed! I’m excited by the amount of work he puts into each episode and the empathy through which he approaches people, topics, and I’d be surprised if that weren’t an insight into how he just is a human. One of the three shows I recommend.
Always cheers me up
