    Developing a Seven Figure Mindset

Like everyone else, I have to continue to check in with my mindset to make sure that my thoughts and choices are in alignment with where I want to be in the future. Once you have figured out where you want to be in the upcoming years of your life, you have to stay committed to that vision. It is tempting to make decisions now that may be instantly gratifying but in actuality, each small or big decision influences where you end up in the years to come.  No matter where you are currently in life, every moment is a chance to make the change you need to keep your future self happy.     Turning Pain into Prosperity through Properties with Megan Kirk Chang

    Life is full of curveballs. While we will never know what the next chapter of life, month, day, or even hour will bring, we have a choice to turn pain into positive power.  Today, I am joined by the incredible Megan Kirk Chang to talk about her inspiring story. After an accident that her husband, Brandon, went through, Megan and her husband came to the realization that life was too short and they didn’t want to work 9-5 jobs anymore. While adjusting to a new life while recovering from the accident, Megan and Brandon decided to pursue investment properties which they currently own two which has driven their assets into the multiple seven figures. Megan Kirk Chang is a clinical scientist specializing in health behavior change, trauma psychophysiology, and cognitive neuroscience. As part of her doctoral research, Megan developed the first registered clinical trial in Canada investigating the effectiveness of an online mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral intervention for adults diagnosed with PTSD. She has worked as a Mental Health Coach with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and University Health Network in Toronto.
