Prior to that, he held instrumental roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, driving security innovation, risk reduction, cloud and mobile adoption, and cost-effective cybersecurity management. Dayle's expertise extends beyond a single organization; he also serves as a virtual or fractional CISO and strategy advisor to numerous organizations facing unique cybersecurity challenges. Over the past two decades, he has made substantial contributions to cybersecurity and IT leadership in small organizations and startups spanning various sectors.
