I truly don’t even know where to begin! Mallory is a genius. Not only is she well educated on the science behind nutrition. She also provides tips on navigating a healthy relationship with your body and food to break free from diet culture. She is funny, down to earth, and an absolute expert! If you’re not already following her on IG or listening to her podcast, you need to.
