Asking ourselves “why” allows us to gain an important understanding of what motivates, influences and drives us. In this podcast we discuss what we mean when we speak about ‘self awareness’ and how we can begin to take steps towards increasing it. We look at the many benefits and positive impacts on one's life once we start to live in a more self aware way. We introduce popular tools such as journaling to help us discover the answers to “why?”
