Self over Scarcity
In the day and age of social media and endless self help, we can get stuck thinking we need more which in turn can sometimes mean that we don’t trust that what we have is enough. This podcast is about my journey with trusting my intuition, challenging my belief system, and seeking freedom in the NOW rather than trying to escape it, in hopes of helping you dismantle your own inner dialogue around what you can or cannot accomplish. I want to help you see where you’re leaving potential on the table out of fear in the possibilities. When you step into a mindset that values SELF over the worst case scenario, your fears, your anxiety, or simply not wanting to do the hard thing, life flows. It’s not easy - but you move through hard stuff with a little (sometimes a lot) more ease. What if you didn’t actually need more, but instead, just needed to hold space for all that you already are? That — is self over scarcity.

Authenticity, truth, honesty, vulnerability, rawness and realness - it’s all here. The conversation topics are just simply *good* and encouraging. There’s so much to be said about amidst all of the content in the social media world, somewhere along the way we’ve lost actual content and value. We’ve lost the beauty of conversation about the things that cause our fears, pain, timidity and with that we’ve also lost the real conversations about our magic, our power, our talents and skills, and our tastes and our preferences. We’ve lost the conversation about soul-seeking for the sake of feeling at peace within ourselves. Ruthanne has brought it all to the table and she’s pulling up a seat for all of us, putting the extensions in if she needs to to invite us to a community that wants to find its way back to genuine connection. Grateful for every episode dropped ✨🤍🙌🏻

I’m not even a photographer. I’m a nurse entrepreneur and Ruthanne’s podcast is incredibly thought-provoking and full of value. I feel seen, at peace with where I’m at with my business, and invigorated all because of this podcast. Funny, fun, deep, relatable… 10/10 recommend 👏

Thanks for sharing your raw truth! It’s about the daily journey… whatever that “daily” day looks like! It’s ok to be sad! It’s okay to be happy! Everyday is different and it makes up the “whole” of who we are! It makes up the whole of our “life”! I will join you on your podcast journey by listening!
