Interviews will be interspersed with solo recorded teachings from me. Self Talk will move from a biweekly to a monthly schedule to allow for ample production time.Your voice is essential. Deep Dives and Insightful Conversations with Rachel

Rachel possesses depth and insight. Her intuitive approach to conversations enables her to delve deeply into the essence of the subject matter. She has an innate ability to ask penetrating questions that reveal a depth stemming from many years of intensive training with a traditional Native American doctor (medicine man) and a master from China in the internal martial arts rooted in Taoism. Rachel has a way of getting to the heart of the matter, making it easy for me to open up and share much-needed insights. This creates a space where profound, thought-provoking conversations can unfold, offering listeners a chance to engage with ideas and narratives that resonate on a deeper level.
