Ecclesiastes – What We Truly Need
We are in a series called Chasing the Wind and we are learning how the book of Ecclesiastes still speaks to our struggles today. What is the purpose of life? Why are we here? Is there more to this life than just going through the same routine day after day? In Ecclesiastes, we learn that life is like a vapor and that our lives are about eternity. Since God is the one who gives ultimate meaning in life, we find our meaning in Him.
Today, we finish our study of Ecclesiastes by learning from the summary of the book in Chapter 12. Throughout the book, we have been reminded that apart from God, life is meaningless. Now the final analysis is that our life is meant to be lived under submission to God.
