    WELCOME BACK, REFINER! Hey, hope you brought the wine! I'm kidding! Welcome to the Valentine's episode of 'Severance'...a week late. Mark and Helly, and that's real life Helly R., are getting busy in another department. She wanted her 'own' memory. Mark S. was more than happy to make that happen. Dylan and Gretchen are 'enjoying the hugging' in the Family Visitor Center. These visits with Dylan's innie might be making Gretchen feel a bit guilty around outie Dylan. It's an interesting dynamic, and it's heating up fast.  Irv is attending dinner with Burt, and Burt's Significant Other. The talk gets both steamy and frank around the dinner table. Fields is more forward thinking and progressive than you might give him credit for.  If there's any spare ham, it's yours, Refiner.     S2E05 - EpiCap05 - Trojan's Horse

    WE'RE HALFWAY THROUGH THE SEASON, REFINER! Back again? So glad to have you! This week everyone is dealing with the fallout from the ORTBO. No more innie-Irv, and no WAY Helena Eagan is going back down there. She has a few choice words for those innies. It's not Helena Mark S. wants anyway, he wants his Helly R. back! We haven't seen her since the end of Season One. Helly R. returns to the severed floor...but not to open arms. She was outed by Irv as an Eagan, and Eagans are the enemy! Mark and Dylan have to deal with their trust issues. Seth Milchick has to deal with his first Monthly Performance Review as the department chief. It does NOT go well. An entire section entitled "Calamitous ORTBO" should tell you everything you need to know. Oh, yeah...and we discover Ricken is a sellout! He's completely re-writing "The You You Are" so it now tows the Eagan line. Devon is NOT happy!  Grab a slice of Irv's Fruit Head and hit play on this week's EpiCap.     WELCOME TO ANOTHER EPICAP. THIS ONE IS HUGE! Back again? So glad to have you! This week, the MDR crew is headed outside...yes, outside. It's all a part of the 'New' Lumon (Lumon is listening!). The innies said they wanted to go outside...so here they are! Lumon has deposited them in an incredibly snowy and desolate area around a place called "Woe's Hollow." Woe's Hollow holds particular meaning for Kier. He wrote about it in the super-secret FOURTH appendix to the handbook. We'll get a look at this 4th Appendix and hear stories about Kier's TWIN BROTHER!! (Gasp!) Yeah, this all gets a bit soapy, but it's for a good cause. Got your snow boots and fur Cossack hat?     S1E46 - SEVERED-S2 Sneak Peek Promo Breakdown

    WELCOME BACK, REFINER! Didn't really expect to see you again until after the holidays. AppleTV+ just couldn't help themselves. They decided to release the first 8 minutes of the first episode of the new season. They did this on December 23rd, so I was a bit occupied at the time. But I'm back to the editor and I've had a chance to break it down! SPOILERS: Milchick's the new manager of the Severed Floor, he has a new Deputy who might be a schoolgirl (or a robot) and the gang at MDR is all new. None of the other Macrodats returned except for Mark who, according to Milchick, couldn't wait to get back. If you believe any of this, you might be a severed innie. Milchick has become quite the proficient liar since S1.
