Sexual Harassment

This episode really shows its 2006-ness with it's heavy emphasis on email forwarding jokes - or as the kids may call them nowadays "memes." However some may not be appropriate for the workplace. These forwards, compounded with a scandal at Corporate, results in a crackdown on harassment, much to Michael's despair.
