Wow!!! I enjoyed the episode with Preston Lee. I have never heard of him but can tell he is very knowledgeable in the restaurant area. Where can we find him? Does he have his own podcast? Great jobs, fellas!!! Very enjoyalbe.

Very enlightening for restaurant owners. I can’t agree more on what Preston said. Customer experience and retention is key. If the food is decent but the server/staff is exceptional, I’ll be back for sure. Great food, bad service, I won’t be back. Preston highlighting the importance of verbiage was spot on. Teach your staff this and it will be a full house every night.

Just finished listening to the newest episode on Cultivating Culture, Kyle and Preston had a great conversation and touched on a lot of great points regarding what hospitality actually is and the basis of that is what keeps your customers returning. Preston mentioned his extensive restaurant experience (i think he said 18 years) and it shows with his distinct and concise thinking on customer retention, and implementing strategies for business owners. I got a lot out of this episode!
