Shannon Rodenberg

Shannon Rodenberg is the pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Fairland, Oklahoma.  She's one of my dearest friends in vocational ministry, and I love getting to catch up with her any chance I can get.  I greatly appreciate her heart for serving God and His people in rural communities. 

Here is what she had shared in the accidentally deleted portion of the episode:
"Even during the worst moments in my life, this remains true, now and forever: God created me and loves me.  Jesus rose from the dead and defeated sin and death.  The Holy Spirit is with me, and I am never alone.  It is because of this love that will not let me go that I find my hope."
