    “There’s value in focused prayer with God, but there’s also room and great value within every-moment-of-the-day fellowship with God” In this episode, Kim and Katie have a conversation all about prayer ❤️ This is a topic that’s been discussed before on the podcast, but it was great to get to sit down and revisit it. Katie shared some scripture that has impacted her prayer life and how the practice of prayer has changed for her recently.     #42: She Is Community Night - Get Your Glory

    “This world needs real people sharing that they are going through real trials, and in the midst of it proclaiming, ‘but God.’” On September 7th, we got to gather for She Is Community Night! It was a great night filled with community, worship, and teaching from Pastor Kim on what it looks like to glorify God in the midst of suffering. It was an evening that we got to hear the truth of God’s Word and had time to respond and pray together.     #41: The Next Generation with Izzy Dzuro and Emma Masengale

    “This is our last year in this school, our last year on this specific mission field, and it’s become very apparent to us that we need to show people the love of Jesus, now more than ever, and show that there is hope for the future.” We are SO excited for you all to hear this episode! Kim and Katie were joined in the Studio by Izzy Dzuro and Emma Masengale, incredible young women who are living on mission where God has them right now. They bring insight into what their generation needs and how older generations can come alongside them, encourage them, and cheer them on. They also talk about how they are sharing the love of Jesus with those around them and the freedom they want to see their generation step into.  This is such a wonderful conversation for all ages to hear and we really hope you can lean in and listen to what these girls have to share ❤️ We can’t wait for She Is Community Night happening on Thursday, September 7th!     #40: She Is Community Night with Amber Smith

    On July 31st, we were joined by the lovely Amber Smith for She Is Community Night! Amber is a Christ follower, wife, mother, and philanthropist. She and her husband, Granger Smith, live on a little farm in central Texas with their three children, London, Lincoln, and Maverick. They also share the farm with dogs, cats, chickens, goats and in some seasons, bees. In 2019 the Smith family suffered a terrible tragedy when their youngest son River drowned. Through their pain, they felt the love and closeness of God like never before and they vowed to bring good from their suffering. For the last three years, she has shared her testimony and the hope we have in Jesus.  We are so grateful that Amber was able to join us to share her story and bring an encouraging message of hope in the midst of suffering.  To find out more about Amber, visit here!
