Great introspective podcast

I’ve been listening to the Shed podcast since the first episode and look forward to the release of subsequent ones. I think Mr. Adams does a great job at trying to get to the core of why American racism is what it is. Although I caution Mr. Adams to expand his dialogue with members of other races in order to explore the fact that racism in America is more complex and deeper than it just being about the black and white perspectives and experiences which is why this country will never solve its long running racism problem that is rooted in its founding and will unfortunately end when this country ceases to be.

A Refreshing Perspective

There are few people in the world who offer a more refreshing and thoughtful approach to today’s racial justice conversation than Eric Adams. Using a healing and therapy based lens to discuss the work being done on the island helps us all in our journey to do more than inform ourselves. These stories provide inspiration to make change happen.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful work.
