So cringey that she mispronounced Marie Kondo’s name every time and throughout the whole episode.

I downloaded the podcast and thought it would be informative but turned it off after the first few minutes when host began talking about reading “The Art of Deal” by Donald Trump again and saying it was a great book about real estate investing. Trump lost all the money his father gave him to invest in real estate and declared bankruptcy several times. He only made money from playing a real estate investor on tv. The fact that this podcaster was touting Trump’s business principles makes me believe that she probably is following the same method; is not successful in business but is trying to make money by telling everyone she is successful and make money off her podcast. Not interested in learning how to act like I’m successful; only interested in actually working and making money honestly.

Starting binging Michelle’s podcast during a long weekend road trip last week and have learned so much. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get started in short term rentals and automating your business. Thanks Michelle!

I’ve been studying real estate for many years and have done a few deals. I’ve never heard of the strategy of renting a unit then subleasing it out on Airbnb. I’m excited to learn more about this strategy and much more. Binge listing to the show starting at episode 1!!

This is a great podcast....very helpful for anyone with vacation rental property. Michelle shares a lot of practical tips with you scattered throughout her dialogue. I have found it very useful for taking my STR properties to the next level.
