Vernon was a delight to chat with. I enjoyed talking about recovery and our shared passion for helping men.

Thank you Vernon L for talking about “That Christian in Recovery.” I too am a Christian who has recovered from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body. Jesus Christ is my Lord and my Higher Power and I am glad to hear you speak on spiritual tools that give me victory over my addictions. I’m not cured, but I now know how to achieve spiritual fitness on a moment by moment, minute by minute, hour by hour, one day at a time kind of spirituality. Again, thank you Vernon L. for sharing your recovery insight and wisdom.

What I really enjoy about Vernon’s podcast is how quickly the Holy Spirit reveals Himself through conversations with him and listening to he and his guests. I enjoy the variety of topics he covers and his inquisitive mind.

I had a wonderful experience being a guest on Vernon’s podcast and am grateful for the opportunity to meet him. Vernon is a special kind of host - thoughtful, articulate, humble, and open to learning and growing within. I am blessed to have met him. My experience on his podcast is a favorite of mine. I hope others experience his real care through his show.
