Silver Creek CSD - Avoiding Burnout Through Self-Care

In this episode of the podcast we interviewed Dr. Katie Ralston the Superintendent of the Silver Creek Central School District. During this episode, Katie discusses the concept of avoiding burnout through self-care.  She offered tips and strategies that could help all educators.  

Katie started in July of 2023 and is currently in her second year.  Previously, Katie was the principal of the 6-12 secondary school in the Cuba Rushford school district, and was also named 2023 NYS Middle School Principal of the Year.  She was recently named by Buffalo Business First as a 40 under 40 award receipient.
