Simone Menne is a German top manager and a prominent advocate for women's leadership in the executive suite. For five of her 27 years at Lufthansa AG, Menne served as the company's CFO. Today, she is a supervisory board member at BMW, Deutsche Post DHL, and Springer Nature; serves as a non-executive board member at Johnson Controls International; and runs her own art gallery in her hometown, Kiel. She speaks on efforts to change corporate culture to welcome diversity in executive leadership.
