    Is time to renew

    Do you feel that you are no confident or that you are not worthy or capable?  Then, It's time to renew yourself.  In this episode, I talk about what the most successful women had to do to be who they are today and what we have to do to get there.  Having the life we want is hard but you have to know that you are capable of achieving it, you have all the skills and knowledge to do it. You just have to believe in yourself. You have the power to become the person you want to be, to create the life you want to live, and to write your future the way you want to live your life  So... Go, renew yourself and give them hell.

    Stop Procrastinating

    Do you think procrastination prevents you from fulfilling your dreams? ... In this episode, I talk about how procrastination affects our productivity and our motivation to get things done. And although we are a little bit lazy, maybe the reason we postpone our work is that we’re afraid of failing and therefore we seek refuge in other activities that make us feel better. I also talk about how hard it is for me to express myself in English when is not my first language and what I plan to do to improve and learn to express myself better, and how I am going to break the vicious cycle of my procrastination
