Sir Desmond Swayne: 27 years in parliament and counting

This week, Tim is joined by Sir Desmond Swayne, the Conservative MP for New Forest West. Since first entering Parliament in 1997, Sir Desmond has served under seven prime ministers—five from his own party—and taken on several ministerial roles along the way.
