Skye Michiels - From History Teacher to Compass Leader

Skye Michiels has spent roughly 2 decades working in the world of real estate. On this episode Skye and Sam chat about how he first got into real estate, leaving a short but meaningful career as a high school history teacher. He chats about how he’s experienced nearly every aspect of the real estate industry, from solo agent, to partnership, to a top team leader in the Philadelphia market. Skye eventually found himself wanting to push the leadership job further and took a sales manager position at Compass, where he eventually started the now-famous 6AM’ers club.
