Sleep and How We Know Nothing + Letting Go of Our Own Expectations in Motherhood  | TESSA & SHAINA

hey mama | the formama podcast

In this week's episode we dive into sleep. From infancy to toddlerhood we have both experienced a wide gamut of sleep struggles and successes. Media and western culture today would have us believe that babies and children should be sleeping through the night and if they aren’t then you need to fix this problem. In this episode we debunk that idea by breaking down our own experiences both as mothers and professionals. At the end of the day, we try to remain humble and continually  “try something else”. Because sometimes there’s nothing you can do but go with the flow, listen to your child’s cues, know their needs and have patience for this season. They will sleep through the night one day, it just might not be on our timeline.

Now, let's grab a snack and get to it!
