So relaxing

I have been using Sleep Magic with Jessica Porter for almost a year now. I weaned myself off of a sleeping pill slowly this year and her relaxing voice has made all the difference. I also listen when I can’t get back to sleep in the middle of the night. Thanks for this great podcast!

So I was having trouble getting to sleep for some time, tossing and turning and stressing. On a whim I downloaded “sleepiest” and found sleep wave, eventually saw that Jessica moved over to sleep magic. I love both, and listen every night. I think I’ve only heard the end of one episode since I began listening, and that had more to do with a restless toddler than the podcast. 😝
